No two cuts of beef should ever be treated the same. Char’s chefs start with hand selected and trimmed corn-fed, heavy-aged western beef to ensure tenderness and taste. Wet aging at minimum of 21 days ensures the most tender, flavorful cut of steak you’ve ever put in your mouth. When you place your order, we charbroil, flame grill over mesquite wood or sear in a cast iron skillet, depending upon cut—filet, cowboy ribeye, or New York Strip.

Much more than steaks, we offer Colorado rack of lamb, Prime Veal, and Double-thick center cut pork chops. (We also carry Ashley Farms Free range Chicken)
